Group Classes

Total body workouts. Targets core strength, conditioning, toning, and weight loss while boosting self confidence and self defense. We teach the sweet science of boxing fundamentals and skills using bag work, mitt work, ring work, and circuit style training. Class is always different, fresh, and challenging.

Cardio Boxing

Cardio boxing is a group fitness class that combines boxing techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.

Circuit Fitness/Strength and Conditioning

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Little Beasts Boxing Fitness

Teaches boxing skills and techniques. Students will work with bags and mitts while learning stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook, combinations. Gets them off devices, moving their body, builds self confidence and self defense.
