Cardio boxing is a group fitness class that combines boxing techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.
Total body workouts. Targets core strength, conditioning, toning, and weight loss while boosting self confidence and self defense. We teach the sweet science of boxing fundamentals and skills using bag work, mitt work, ring work, and circuit style training. Class is always different, fresh, and challenging.
